Project Overview
WIT Institute, a premier technical academy in Dhaka, faced challenges in scaling course enrollments across both online and offline batches. Their existing manual admission workflows created operational friction, delayed student payment verifications, and caused high cart abandonment during peak intake periods.
To modernize their infrastructure, we architected an end-to-end headless platform that connects an ultra-fast Nuxt 3 storefront with a robust Laravel and Livewire management dashboard.
Approach & Key Work
To address these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive strategy:
- Headless Architecture for Blazing Speed: Decoupled the client-facing course catalog using Nuxt 3 and Tailwind CSS, achieving a sub-second page load speed and a 98+ Google Lighthouse performance score.
- Automated Mobile Payment Integration (bKash PGW): Engineered a secure bKash Payment Gateway integration with tokenized API authorization, webhook confirmation, and instant payment verification for seamless student checkout.
- Real-Time Admin Panel with Laravel Livewire: Built an interactive administrative suite allowing course instructors and administrators to manage batches, schedule seminars, distribute promo codes, and review admissions in real time.
- Student Authentication & Phone OTP Verification: Integrated phone number-based OTP verification for frictionless student onboarding, personalized course dashboards, and direct access to curriculum resources.
- Financial Ledger & Automated Invoicing: Implemented automated PDF invoice generation with bKash transaction identifiers and transparent accounting logs for administrative auditing.
Outcome
These improvements transformed WIT Institute’s operations, tripling mobile payment conversions and reducing manual admission processing time by 85%. The platform continues to scale smoothly across multiple academic semesters.
